Explorer Skill Stealing
Phantoms can steal the skills of Explorer classes (except Jett) to copy and use them. Certain skills cannot be stolen and the passive effects of skills do not apply
To steal skills, use the 
Skill Swipe skill in your beginners tab and search for Explorers to steal from. To manage your stolen skills, open up the Skill Management UI by using the 
Loadout skill in your beginners tab
