Arts, Void, and Hex Skills
Arts
Arts Skills are direct attacks that utilize your Chakram weapon. Pre-5th Job Arts Skills reduce the cooldown of Void Rush and Void Blitz
Void
Void Skills are primarily utility skills that can leave afterimages which damage enemies. Certain skills when used provide Dark Sight state (Rush and Blitz) or invincibility (Burst)
In 3rd Job, Void Skills have a chance to create Chakri that interact with Hex Skills
Hex
Hex Skills are powerful Chakram attacks with cooldowns that deal a special or wide-range attack. In 3rd Job, Hex Skills also interact with created Chakri to create flying projectiles called Resonate

Starting 2nd Job, using Void Rush grants Dark Sight state. Below is a list of avoidable attacks that have been tested:
