Radiant Soul Skills

Several of Mihile's attacks are labelled as 'Radiant Soul' skills which have an interaction with the 3rd Job skill
Offensive Defense that applies a debuff to enemies hit by
Royal Guard counterattack. Radiant Soul skills will consume the debuff and deal a shockwave attack. Below is a list of all Mihile's Radiant Soul skills:
